BANGKOK, THAILAND: If there was an award for the year’s unluckiest shots, then this effort from Ian Poulter must take it hands down!
The flamboyant Englishman found himself just two shots off the pace having made a flying start to his second round at the Turkish Airlines Open.
He reached the fifth on the back of two birdies in four holes only to come well and truly unstuck as his approach clattered into the pin and rebounded off across the green and into the water!
Poulter could manage a wry smile as he walked off in possession of a bogey.

He ended the round with a level-par 71 for a 36-hole total of 137, nine shots off the pace set by Belgium Nicolas Colsaerts.
